Our client is seeking a talented, driven, multi-site business leader in the Retail or Hospitality industry to manage a portfolio of 10-15 Early Childhood Education businesses in the LA area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow professionally while making a positive impact on the families in your community. You will be responsible for leading a team of Center Directors to deliver on their brand promise. This critical leadership position develops talent, drives quality and consistency of the center experience across the District and is responsible for maximizing customer acquisition and retention to achieve and exceed business performance goals. This is a field based position; 60-80% of time working with team members in market within driving distance and occasional overnight travel required for regional, divisional, or national meetings and conferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Early Childhood Education a plus
- 2+ years of experience as a high performing, multi-unit leader of sales/service organization in a high volume district
- Proven and sustained financial and quality results
- Strong business acumen
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Customer and results driven
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop highly engaged teams
- Ability to manage complexities and agile in new situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Clean driving record a must.
